We developed a coaching model designed to create safe spaces for meaningful conversations. Divergent viewpoints and "oops" moments are welcome, through both individual and group discussions aiming to:

Create relational portals for learning to occur with each other
Increase motivation and engagement through deeper understanding, appreciation, and acknowledgement of each other's perspectives.
Build knowledge, awareness, empathy, and accountability through connections.
Our facilitators lead conversations that teach participants how to develop common understandings, explore shared values, call out shared problems, and call in people to solve them.
