WHO WE ARE

Thought Partner Solutions (TPS) was founded in 2016 with a single mission: to provide support for transformative leaders. When we entered our fifth year, TPS evolved into a boutique consulting firm with two full-time staff, a small team of dynamic facilitators, and a growing network of partners (not clients) across the country. In 2022, our growth continues with the addition of a new Partner Solutions Manager.   Though we’ve grown a bit since our founding, we’re still the same at heart.  As a BIPOC-owned company, we are personally and professional invested in eradicating institutional racism - offering solutions that help our partners to build an antiracist workplace, support & care for people, implement antiracist policies & behaviors, and develop transformative equity leaders.  Contact us today and let's see how we can partner for good.
