MODULE I: FUNDAMENTALS OF RACIAL EQUITY, DIVERSITY, INCLUSION & BELONGING

Audience: Board Members, Executive Leaders, General Workforce

In the last few years, racial equity has become an increasingly important issue for our nation, our businesses, our workplaces, and our communities. It is important to ask ourselves, "What in our current thinking and practice needs to transform if we are to tackle deep social inequities?" If we're going to lead our organizations and communities to a new status quo, it is imperative that 21st century boards, leaders, and change agents develop the core competencies and practices to do so in the most effective ways. â€‹â€‹

Many organizations have reached out to TPS requesting support, knowledge, skills, and tools that can be used to dismantle racism, advance equity, and ensure that all people feel a sense of belonging.  We're here to help! We provide Racial Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging workshops for Boards, Executive Leaders, and Equity Champions across organizations. Our dynamic team of RE-ACT Specialists facilitate workshops that are interactive, relational, practical, and are designed to introduce small, adaptive solutions that make a big difference.

We offer a variety of engaging workshops that are designed as customizable modules for boards, leaders, staff, & community members.
